The Montgomery County boys basketball team finished fourth in the Class 3 Show-Me Showdown after losing 61-49 to the Thayer Bobcats in the third-place game on March 9 at Mizzou Arena in Columbia. The Wildcats finished their season at 25-7 and earned their fourth state trophy in program history. Clayton Parker finished with 25 points and Jake Stellwagen added 12 for MCHS, which made its first Show-Me Showdown appearance since 1974. Theo Tate photos
