MCHS cross country at Class 3 state meet

Jadrian Thurmon and Malia Rodgers were the Montgomery County representatives at the Class 3 state cross country meet on Nov. 4 in Columbia. Thurmon left Columbia with his first all-state medal, finishing 15th with a personal-best time of 16:17.9 in the boys race, just six seconds shy from the school-record mark. Rodgers came up two places short of her third all-state medal, finishing 32nd with a 20:12 in the girls race.  Theo Tate photos
