The total assessed valuation is $290,207,675, compared to $276,882,821 from 2025.For new construction, the grand total is $5,910,955, which includes $219,510 for agriculture, $3,062,510 for commercial and $2,628,935 for residential. The total revenue is $28,212.
“New construction usually has a small increase every year,” said Burke, who is the district’s administrator. “With all of the stuff they have going on, we’re probably going to see some more significant increases in the new construction, some possibly in 2027. Then, a more significant amount in 2028. The first big full onset will be in 2029.”
Two years ago, the district had a $0.4854 per $100 assessed valuation tax rate. It dropped to $0.4773 the next year.
