Zoe Ryan from Montgomery County R-II and Royce Wilkinson from Wellsville-Middletown R-1 represented Montgomery County at the capitol for the 2026 Sophomore Pilgrimage. The General Federation of Women’s Clubs of Missouri sponsors this event. These students represent the highest level of citizenship in the sophomore class. A tour was given of the capitol and a luncheon provided attended by the Missouri Secretary of State, the Missouri Treasurer and representatives from the Lt. Governor's office and the Attorney General’s office. The students were escorted by Montgomery Study Club members.
