Donald E. Sanders of Foristell passed away on March 10, 2025 at the age of 83. Donald was born April 4, 1941 in Robertson (St. Louis County) to the late Robert "Jack" and Evelyn Sanders nee Henderson.
He is survived by his three sons, Donald E. Sanders, Jr., Tom (Karen) Sanders and Steve Sanders; daughter, Sarah Spickler; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Ann Stevens, Sandra (Tom) Waddell and Shirley (Tim Newton) Sanders; several nieces; and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
Donald retired from Boeing after 25-plus years of service. He lived in Warren County most of his life. He enjoyed being outdoors and cutting grass. He loved his family and loved spending time with them. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on May 10 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Jonesburg. A celebration of life will follow at the St. Patrick Catholic Church dining hall.
