Jerry W. Orr passed away on December 2, 2021 at the age of 84.
He is survived by his two sons, Greg (Melody) Roth of Marthasville, Marty (Marlissa) Dodge of Auxvasse; former wife and companion, Peggy Orr of New Florence; sister, Cindy L. Bones of Georgetown, Del.; grandchildren, Rachel, Samantha, Mark, Pamela; five great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father, William D. Orr, mother, Dorothy L. Orr, brother, William D. Orr, Jr.. Jerry was a 50 year member of the Local 513 Union of operating engineers. Jerry enjoyed playing baseball and all other sports. He enjoyed spending time fishing. Jerry loved his dog, Peeky Bear, but most of all he loved his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Dec. 13 at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Madison. Burial will be at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
