Brock Lough

Donald Brock Lough has been selected as the new Chief Executive Officer of Arthur Center Community Health. He will replace Terry Mackey, who plans to retire.

Lough comes from his most recent role as the interim Chief Executive Officer of Wood County Community Health Center, a public sector Federally Qualified Health Center in Bowling Green, Ohio. Prior to joining Wood County, Lough served as the interim Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer for Good Samaritan Hospital’s Samaritan Center, an FQHC/CCBHC hybrid entity with over 200 employees. Lough spent over six years working for Hamilton Center in Terre Haute, Ind., where he held numerous positions over his tenure, including Executive Director of School Services, Chair of the Policy Review Committee, Integrated Care Specialist, and at the time of his departure from Hamilton Center, Chief Deputy of Health Clinics.

In addition to these roles, Lough is also a successful entrepreneur who operated his own health and human services consulting firm, served as a professional collegiate coach and was a professional athlete for the Cincinnati Bengals in the National Football League. He is eager to put his extensive leadership and professional experience to use at the Arthur Center.
