Montgomery County residents competed in numerous contests in the 118th annual Martinsburg Picnic on Aug. 21. Two residents won first place in the baby contest and another resident came out on top in the frog race. Also, Samantha Bohr, a teacher at the Wellsville-Middletown School District, had two of her sons win first place in the baby contest and the Little Mr. Contest. THEO TATE PHOTOS
