The Montgomery County cross country team had a pair of individual champions at the Eastern Missouri Conference meet on Oct. 17 at the Pike County Fairgrounds in Bowling Green. Lyric Ford won the girls race in 19:33 and Dawson McCown came out on top in the boys race in 17 minutes. Both runners captured their second straight conference crown.
