MCHS cross country at New Haven

The Montgomery County cross country team began its season on Sept. 5 at the New Haven Invitational. The Wildcats had five runners place in the 10-team meet. Sophomore Lyric Ford led the way with a first-place finish in the varsity girls race. Freshman Malia Rodgers came in sixth in the varsity girls race. Junior Dawson McCown and senior Connor Galarza finished second and 14th, respectively, in the varsity boys race. Junior Logan Camp placed seventh in the junior varsity boys race. THEO TATE PHOTOS
