The Montgomery County girls basketball team captured the consolation championship of the Hermann Invitational Tournament after beating Liberty Christian 54-44 in the title game on Jan. 29. Sophomore Maddy Queathem finished with 18 points with a school-record five 3-pointers and junior Carson Flake added 10 points.
