The Montgomery County girls basketball team saw its season end on March 3 with a 64-53 loss to the Macon Tigers in a Class 4, District 7 semifinal game at Macon High School. The Wildcats finished their season at 20-7, making their first 20-win campaign since the 1997-98 season. Renee Finke scored 25 points and Taylor Flake added 18 for the Wildcats, who beat North Callaway in a quarterfinal game to advance to the semifinal contest against top-seeded Macon. THEO TATE PHOTOS
