MCHS softball vs. Elsberry

The Montgomery County softball team lost 11-5 to the Elsberry Indians in an Eastern Missouri Conference home game on Oct. 4. Audra Heimer was honored before the game for picking up her 100th victory as MCHS coach on Oct. 1 against La Plata. With the loss to Elsberry, the Wildcats dropped to 6-18 and wrapped up their EMO season at 2-8.  Erica Devlin had two hits with three RBIs, Dylan Topel had two hits with an RBI and Aliviah Fischer and El Reagan each had two hits to lead the Wildcats,  who will end their regular season at Oct. 6 with a home game against Owensville. Seniors Carissa Doyle, Maddie Wisdom and Ky Rulo-Townsend will be honored before the game.   THEO TATE PHOTOS
