MCHS vs. Wellsville-Middletown baseball

The Montgomery County Wildcats cruised to an 15-0 win over the Wellsville-Middletown Tigers in four innings in a cross-county showdown on April 27 at MCHS. The Wildcats improved to 8-2 overall and 6-0 in Eastern Missouri Conference play. The Tigers dropped to 7-4 overall and 4-3 in EMO play.  MCHS freshman Edwin Garcia picked up the win on the mound, giving up just two hits in four innings of work.  W-M senior Dylan Alsop, who was the losing pitcher, had the Tigers' only two hits the game.
