Mildred Marie Smith passed away on May 6, 2025, at the age of 85 near her daughter’s home in Milton, Fla.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Elmore (Danny), two grandchildren, Gregory Elmore (Marisa) and Megan Ferguson (Zachary) all of Milton, Fla.; two great-grandchildren, Liam and Thea Ferguson.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd; sister, Darlene Giessman; two brothers, Charles and Forest Krause; and her parents, Charles & Lillie Krause.
It was Mildred’s wish to be cremated and she will be laid to rest at a later time.
The Smith Family is being served by Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City.
