Montgomery City Elementary School held a spelling bee for students grades first through fifth on March 16 at the school's gymnasium. There were 39 students who competed in the event. The top two finishers in each division advanced to a spelling been competition on April 2 at Renick R-V School. THEO TATE PHOTOS
