The Montgomery County Fair Queen Contest was held on July 14 at Grandstands Arena at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. Lila Uthlaut was crowned queen, Sarabeth Trenner was voted first runner-up and Madison Bickell was selected second runner-up. Matti Hager was voted Miss Congeniality and won the People's Choice Award and Ann Rose won an award for selling the most fair season passes. Melanie Mueller was also a queen contestant.
