Through further investigation deputies also discovered the driver did not possess a valid motorcycle endorsement. The driver was arrested, transported to the MC Jail and charged with exceeding the posted speed limit and operating a motorcycle when license is not valid for operation, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
