The Montgomery County Wildcats improved to 6-5 and won their third straight game with a 12-0 win over Wellsville-Middletown on April 26. Four pitchers (Evan Abercrombie, Dayton Simmons, Travis Hill and Tatum Wessel) combined for the one-hit shutout over the Tigers, who played their first game since April 12 and dropped to 1-7. Lucas Moore got the only hit for W-M, a two-out single in the bottom of the seventh. Evan Abercrombie and Mason Leu each had a pair of hits for MCHS. THEO TATE PHOTOS
