Nathan Carroz was sworn in as associate circuit judge of the 12th Circuit on March 26 in front of the Montgomery County Courthouse. The Wellsville native worked as prosecuting attorney for nine years. Kelly Broniec, who worked as associate circuit judge for 14 years and is now a judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals, administered the oath of office at Carroz's ceremony. THEO TATE PHOTOS
