Wellsville-Middletown baseball vs. Higbee

The Wellsville-Middletown baseball team came from behind to knock off the Higbee Tigers 6-5 in eight innings on April 12 at W-M. The Tigers came back from a 5-0, second-inning deficit to beat the Randolph County school and improve to 5-1. They also extended their winning streak to five games. Senior catcher Layton Maskey delivered the game-winning run with a one-out RBI single that scored senior Jacob Hollensteiner. Dylan Alsop was the winning pitcher and scored two runs and Clayton Ebers and Jared Brinegar each scored a run. THEO TATE PHOTOS
