Wellsville-Middletown cross country at Van-Far Invitational

The Wellsville-Middletown cross country team started its season on Sept. 6 by having four of its runners earn medals at the Van-Far Invitational  at Van-Far High School.  Junior Bethany Slovensky finished seventh with a 26:04 and senior Natalie Boeckleman placed 10th with a 27:23 in the girls race, and sophomores Hunter Bickell came in ninth with a 20:20 and sophomore Jonah Slovensky was 14th with a 22:26.  Sophomore Gage Marshall, who celebrated a birthday on Sept. 6, finished 18th with a 24:18.
