The Wellsville-Middletown Cross Country Invitational returned for another year on Sept. 21. W-M won team titles in the junior high boys and high school boys divisions, while the Tigers placed third in the high school girls division. W-M had a total of seven runners earning medals in the high school division and four in the junior high division. Montgomery County competed in only the junior high division and had five runners medal. Also, W-M had a senior recognition ceremony as two cross country runners and two softball players were honored.
