The Wellsville-Middletown girls basketball team celebrated its first victory over Community R-6 in 14 years after coming from behind to beat the Trojans 41-34 in its season opener at the W-M gymnasium. The Tigers trailed by as many as nine points in the third quarter before pulling off the victory over Community in the rematch of last year's Class 1, District 10 title game that was won by the Trojans.
