MCHS track at EMO meet

The Montgomery County girls track team  captured its eighth Eastern Missouri Conference championship after winning the conference meet by just seven points on April 25 at Jim Blacklock Field. Malia Rodgers won titles in the 1,600 and 3,200, El Reagan placed first in the pole vault and Samantha Turner came out on top in the shot put to lead the Wildcats. MCHS finished second in the boys division and was led by Connor Finke with conference titles in the shot put and discus and Jacer Brower with a championship in the 400. Theo Tate photos
