Carole Faith Fry, 86, of Montgomery City, died on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at her home.
Carole was born on May 31, 1936 in Middletown to Earl Park and Vera Whiteside Park. She graduated from Wellsville-Middletown R-I High School in Wellsville. She worked in the retail business and did a lot of babysitting.
Carole was a great mother to her three children. A Christian, she taught them to love God.
Growing up, Carole helped take care of her brothers and sisters. She was a great cook; she loved to bake bread and pies from scratch. Carole loved to drink her coffee in the morning; there was always a pot on at her house.
Carole is survived by her children: Dale Lee Stuart of Wellsville; Darrell Erwin Stuart and wife, Kristi, of Mexico; and Linda Marie Stuart Doss of Columbia. Also surviving is one granddaughter, Mariah Doss of Columbia; brother, Walter Park of Middletown; sister, Selma Flynn of Wellsville; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Carole was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Park and Vera Whiteside Park and brothers and sisters: Helen, Harold, Vernon, Eileen, Frieda, Eleanor, Donald, and Claude.
Carole was cremated and there will be services held at a later date.
Schlanker Funeral Home of Montgomery City was in charge of the arrangements.
