Floyd Landreth

Floyd Grant Landreth, of High Hill, passed away on October 27, 2022 at the age of 69.  

Floyd was born April 5, 1953 in Marshall (Saline County) to the late Charles and Bobbie Landreth nee Gensler.

Floyd is survived by his fianceé, Kathy McDaniel of High Hill; two sons, Andy (Mindy) Landreth of Wentzville and Corey (Sara) Landreth of Warrenton; two daughters, Shirley Reeves of Warrenton and Sandra Bayliss of Old Monroe; two sisters, Donna (Randy) Landreth-Kahn and Linda (Wayne) Salsar, both of Okeechobee, Fla.; three grandsons, Andrew Landreth, Justin Landreth and Alexander Landreth; two granddaughters, Kyra Landreth and Alyssa Landreth; and two great-grandchildren, Violet and Cohen.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Landreth; and mother, Bobbie Jean Landreth.  

Floyd was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed deer hunting and NHRA drag racing. He owned a 1962 Chevy Nova. 

Floyd loved spending time with family, and he loved to laugh. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation is scheduled for 10 a.m.-noon on Oct. 31 at Pitman Funeral Home in Jonesburg. Funeral services will be held at noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Jonesburg City Cemetery.
