Jerry Sean Martin, 50, of Montgomery City, passed away on October 31, 2022, after a two-year battle with end-stage renal disease.
Jerry was born on March 25, 1972, to Irvin and Robin Martin in St. Louis. Jerry worked for Montgomery Sales for 21 years as a diesel mechanic and wrecker driver. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
In 2012, Jerry was united in marriage to his wife, Sheila. They gained three children: Gabe, Savannah and Paige Strube.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Robin Martin; sister, Sharon Schoepe; and grandparents, James and Irene Martin and Dorothy Largent.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila Martin of Montgomery City; children: Gabe Strube, Savannah Strube and Paige Strube, all of Montgomery City; two brothers: Bud Martin of Menifee, Calif., and Tony Cash of St. Louis; his best friend, Tony Kitowski of New Florence; mother-in-law, Wanda Harlan of Wright City; father-in-law, Paul Harlan of New Florence; grandmother, Betty Durmeier of Warrenton; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
