Mackenzie Kelling and Jacob Teson were crowned the Montgomery County High School Courtwarming Queen and King on Friday during a coronation ceremony at the Ballew & Snell Court.
Kelling and Teson are seniors. They were part of a court that included freshmen Emma Gruenefeld and Landon Teson, sophomores Dakota Shipley and Braydin Finch, juniors Addison Brower and Jack Barker and Wildcat candidates Emma Rodgers (sophomore) and Cameron Knapp (senior).
The crown bearers were Cynthea Fudge and Michael Sullivan.
Last year, Eden Hoffmann and Owen See, both juniors, were the Courtwarming Queen and King.
Kelling and Teson are both from Montgomery City. They are members of the MCHS FFA chapter.
This year’s Courtwarming theme is Tune Squad. For four days, MCHS students wore athletic apparel, clothes that have their favorite cartoon character and their favorite sports jersey to show school spirit.
