The Montgomery County Middle School FCCLA chapter has qualified 10 members to national competition, which is scheduled for July 6-10 at Washington, D.C.
The members are Ethan Hogue and Easton Schreiner (Professional Presentation), Lydia Zerr and Tinley Chisholm (Chapter Service Project), Kade Chisholm, Eliza Matthews, Liv Shults and Lynn Knoepflein (National Programs In Action), William Matthews (Chapter Service) and Emily Caldwell (Teach and Trail).
Members will have to raise $14,000 to go on the trip. They raised money through bingo events, bake sales and the Murder Mystery Dinner that was held on April 10 at MCMS. They will hold a BBQ/Bake Sale on May 9 at the American Family Insurance parking lot and a music bingo event on May 30.
