Through further investigation deputies spoke with a witness and a juvenile who advised that the assaults had been ongoing for several months. Deputies further learned that on the day prior there was a physical altercation between the two, during which the juvenile attempted to intervene to assist her mother. The male subject then shoved the juvenile causing her to fall to the floor. A short time later deputies located the subjects and observed fresh injuries to the female’s face.
