Nancy Carol Horn, 68, of New Florence, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022 at St. Andrew’s at New Florence.
Nancy was born in Perryville on July 13, 1954, the daughter of the late Leonard and Pearl Horn. She graduated from Hermann High School in 1973. She was never married and had no children.
Nancy was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Big Spring and the New Florence Baptist Church. Nancy really enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews and babysitting for many of them. She also enjoyed sketching and hanging out with her lifelong friends whenever she could.
Nancy is survived by a sister, Barbara Copeland of Jonesburg; three brothers, Marvin Horn and wife Sharon of Jonesburg; James Horn and wife Jean of New Florence; and Norman Horn and wife Mary of Jonesburg; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Joseph Horn; and a sister, Margie Horn.
A memorial visitation will be held at 10 a.m.-noon on Aug. 5 at Liberty Baptist Church in Big Spring. A memorial service will follow at noon.
Burial will be at the Liberty Cemetery in Big Spring. Memorials may be given to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home in Hermann.
