Two drivers suffered minor injuries from a car crash that happened outside New Florence at the 173-mile mark of Interstate 70 on the evening of Nov. 27, a Missouri State Highway Patrol report said.
The report said a 20-year old male from Kirkwood drove a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and struck a 29-year old male from Cahokia, Ill., who was driving a 2022 International Harvester that was stopped for traffic. Both drivers were transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis.
Both drivers wore safety devices. The Jeep Wrangler was totaled, while the Harvester had minor damage.
