A woman from Timberville, Va., suffered moderate injuries from a car crash that happened between High Hill and Jonesburg at the 181-mile mark of Interstate 70 on Thursday morning, a Missouri State Highway Patrol report said.
The report said a 28-year old male from Fredericksburg, Va., drove a 2014 Toyota Camry eastbound on I-70 and was struck in the left lane by a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia, which was driven by a 50-year male from Granite Falls, N.C. The 22-year-old woman, who was riding in the Toyota Camry, was transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis.
Both drivers suffered no injuries and wore safety devices. The Cascadia suffered moderate damage, while the Camry was totaled.
