The Wellsville-Middletown boys and girls basketball teams started their Eastern Missouri Conference seasons on Jan. 12 with losses to Clopton at the W-M gym. The boys team lost 40-38 and the girls fell 58-37. W-M also celebrated senior night as four basketball players, four cheerleaders and one basketball manager were honored between games.
