A 91-year-old female driver from Rhineland suffered minor injuries from an accident on the morning on Oct. 3 at the intersection of Highway 19 and Pearl Avenue in Montgomery City.
The driver was wearing a seatbelt and was transported to University Hospital. She was driving a 2018 Kia Sportage.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Rhineland driver made a left turn onto Southbound Highway 19 in front of a 2000 Sterling truck, which was driven by a 65-year-old Montgomery City male driver. The front left of the Kia Sportage struck the front right of the truck. The Sportage slid off the left side of the roadway.
The Montgomery City driver didn’t suffer any injuries.
Per the Missouri State Highway Patrol, names of the involved traffic crash and boat drowning incident reports are not released.
