High school activities: Cross country, track and field, FCCLA, FBLA, NHS and Student Council.

Favorite food: Tacos.

Favorite music: Pop.

Favorite pro sports team: Team USA track and field.

Favorite college sports teams: Northern Arizona University cross country and track and field teams.

What is your favorite sports memory? Winning my first cross country meet at Mexico this year. I could barely walk. My teammates surrounded me and were screaming for joy.

Who is your favorite athlete? Jacob Ingebrigtsen from Norway.

What is your pregame ritual? Envision the competition ahead and converse with my team.

What is your favorite part of sports? The competition and seeing my growth over time.

What is a motto you follow? The pain of training or the pain of losing – you pick.

What will you miss the most about high school? All of my friends and teachers who helped bolster my success as an individual over the years.

If you were a principal for a day, what would you change? I would allow for more school-wide assemblies with fun, interactive activities for everyone to take part in.

Hobbies: Playing the piano, going on hikes, playing occasional video games and spending time with family and friends.
